Anamnesis: At the beginning of our cooperation stands a detailed and individual anamnesis.
This includes a detailed discussion of your complaints or concerns and a joint review of the previous diagnoses and findings (laboratory values, doctor’s letters, hospital reports, X-rays/MRI images, etc.).
For the exact examination, I will include other factors in the diagnosis, including your general lifestyle, (family) history of pre-existing conditions, injury history, surgeries, scars, allergies, medications, lab values, etc.
Together we clarify your expectations, what you have done so far and possible options for your treatment plan.
Diagnostics: The foundation of an appropriate diagnosis is the physical examination. This includes a detailed posture and gait analysis, force plate measurement and examination of foot functionality with graphical representation. Simple movement tests of the pelvis, trunk and head give me information about the current state of your body.
Functional testing of joints and body structures, manual muscle testing, movement and posture analysis allow me to identify imbalances of the musculature and possible consequences thereof.
Connections between internal organs, fascia and muscles then give clues to possible causes of your complaints. Together we discuss and decide on the further course of treatment.
