Meetings take place exclusively by appointment. In addition to meetings during the week, I am happy to offer you appointments on the weekend, just ask me about this and we will find a solution.

Location

In addition to appointments in my office, I also offer home visits and outdoor training (Germany only!). Please note that this may incur additional costs. If you wish, I also offer online coaching.

Free initial consultation, 15 minutes

So that we can get to know each other first, I offer you a short free conversation. We can talk on the phone or via zoom/skype and find out together if a collaboration makes sense.

Anamnesis and diagnostics, 2h

The first appointment includes a detailed conversation, a careful physical examination and professional movement analysis. You will also receive initial therapeutic exercises to do at home. Following this, I will create your individual therapy and training plan.

Therapy, 1,5h per unit

Depending on your goals, we will work together therapeutically for the next sessions. The methodology will be based on your treatment plan. Sports therapy with functional training, phytotherapy (herbal medicine), manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and naturopathic measures.

Medical Personal Trainnig, 45 min per session

Training sessions are shorter because there is no treatment. Training can be started directly after diagnostics, but it is also possible to switch from treatments to the shorter Medical PT sessions. In the sessions we focus on sports and movement exercises.

Using the data from the diagnostics, I will create a training plan for you with complementary exercises for at home, and we train together in the practice and you a second or third time at home on your own.

Medical Personal Training after treatments

Medical Personal Training is offered from the beginning after diagnostics or after completion of treatments.

This way you can reach your goals, consistently maintain your level and continue to train.

There are 5 and 10 unit cards available, which result in a lower price per sessions.
